Luis D. Matos, BA from The City College of The City University of New York, and moved
to Fukuoka in 1991, establishing Broadway Holdings in 1993. He is a serial
entrepreneur with an extensive global network of professionals from an array of
industries.
Experienced CRM, project
manager and business liaison. Involved in property development and energy
related projects in the Caribbean, skilled facilitator for C-level executives,
diplomats and heads of state, he has over 20 years experience in the
hospitality, entertainment and event production business in Japan.
For nearly 40 years, Mr. Noteware has
specialized in the development of real estate and the value-added turn around
of properties, portfolios for both private and public entities. For the
past twenty-five years, Mr. Noteware has led the development of residentially
and hospitality based mixed use projects throughout the United States,
including world-class resorts, master planned suburban new communities and
urban infill projects, some of which have been public private partnerships with
governmental entities.
Because of the success of his projects and related
business ventures, Mr. Noteware has been invited to lead the turn-around of
large public agencies for two big-city mayors, Anthony Williams of Washington,
DC and Annise Parker of Houston, Texas. Previously, Mr. Noteware served as
National Director of Real Estate Advisory Services for both Laventhol &
Horwath and Price Waterhouse from each firms' New York headquarters, as well as
Chairing their international real estate practices.
During the 1980’s and early
1990’s he directly supervised real estate offices in the major cities of the
U.S., Europe and Asia, including Hong Kong and Tokyo. During this period, Mr.
Noteware personally assisted numerous Japanese financial institutions analyze
their international real estate investments and portfolios, His work came to
the attention of the Japanese Ministry of Finance and was asked to serve as
strategic economic consultant for the MoF in its oversight of major Japanese
financial institutions regarding their real estate investments, initially in
the U.S., and later and more importantly, in Japan.
An experienced young executive with the ability to function
as a productive and efficient team player. This coupled with a strong
professional background in the field of business to business consulting and
Renewable Energy project development across Southern Africa, China and Western
Europe results in one being able to add value to an organization in a diverse
range of contexts and across various regions.
This combined with strong
analytical and planning skills, affords one the ability to proactively assist
in the coordination of many operational facets in order to meet important
organizational goals.
Keith earned a B.B.A. from the University of Houston. After working several years in the accounting field, he moved to Japan to pursue an interest in international relations. During his 10 years in Japan Keith created a successful small business, and co-founded the Foreign Entrepreneur Promotion Committee a regional networking group of expatriate businesspeople.
Upon returning to the United States Keith joined a government agency where he is utilizing his experiences to build relationships and develop mutually beneficial opportunities. In his role in business development Keith works with U.S. companies to facilitate their FDI (foreign direct investment) into Japan.
